Akshay Pujari

Akshay Pujari is a computational scientist with expertise in developing advanced data processing pipelines, algorithms, visualizations and software tools to support diverse research teams in biotech. He holds a graduate degree from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Currently, he is a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Rubedo Life Sciences. In addition, he assists Phaedon Institute by maintaining and evolving the organization’s web infrastructure and supporting technical operations on an intermittent basis.

Previously, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Vascular Biology and Biofluids Laboratory with Dr. Juan Jiménez. His research focussed on studying the lymphatic system in vivo and in silico in mice. Post completion of his graduate work, Akshay worked at early-stage drug discovery company, DiCE Therapeutics in Redwood City, CA. 

He is passionate about unification of disciplines to solve new problems relevant in understanding and improving human life.
