Registration Process

The registration for Seno-Therapeutics Summit 2025 will be coordinated with 10th Annual ICSA Meeting. We recommend reviewing our latest event details prior to proceeding with your registration. Attendees can select to register for both the  Summit (September 16) and the ICSA Meeting (September 17-19).

Pricing

✪ Early-Bird (EB) valid for all applications sent before June 15th, 2025.

  • Applicants are eligible for early-bird (EB) pricing if submissions are sent prior to June 15th, 2025.
  • Applicants who submit their applications on or after June 15th will be considered for normal pricing.
  • Please note that participation in the conference is confirmed only after payment of all applicable fees, which must be made upon acceptance of your application.

More Information

Upon combined registration, attendees will have the opportunity add two optional events:

  • Gala Dinner on Thursday September 18th, 2025: This event will begin at 20:00 h and will include dinner, an open bar, DJ and dancing. Event space is limited to the first 200 participants, so we kindly ask for a 30 € supplemental fee in order to reserve your spot.
  • Guided walking tour of the historic center of Rome: This event will take place at the end of the conference, following lunch on Friday September 19th, 2025. We will travel together by public transit to the city center, where we will meet our certified guides. The tour will last approximately 2 hours and contain some of the historic highlights of the city. Conference attendees are welcome to bring their guests (spouse, child, etc) along. Tour pricing is not included in the registration fee, but can be purchased at checkout for 30 € per person.
